Refund Policy

It is always the policy here at Supreme Toy and Party, Inc. to make the buying experience and merchandizing as seamless as possible. If you have questions or concerns about our procedures please feel free to contact your Sales Person prior to sending in your order.

Supreme Toy and Party, Inc. does not sell its products on consignment and returns / refunds are not accepted.  In the case where there is a product defect Supreme Toy and Party, Inc. will replace the products or issue a refund, at managements sole discretion.

Notifications of a product defect must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.  Please note that occassionaly products do not ship as they appear on the website and are not considered defects solely because of this change in appearance.
